I create idealized environments drawn from lived experience, memory, and imagination. Shaped by movement from traveling and growing up in the West, my work merges repeated patterns from my cultural background with coastal scenes, allowing multiple geographies to coexist. Within these environments cars recur as key forms, shaped by personal fascinations. They function as vessels for time, speed, and identity, allowing me to explore questions of fleetingness, permanence, and the pace at which moments pass or remain.
